About Meriwether Condos
The Meriwether is a two building condominium development in the popular South Waterfront district of Portland, OR. The condos at Meriwether offer modern finishes and amazing views from the floor to ceiling windows and large terraces. Residents on all four sides of the building have great views of the river, the West Hills, downtown and the bridges.

In addition to the condos, Meriwether offers townhome living long the first floor with large townhomes that open directly to the park. Some of the townhomes even include attached garages. 

This is one of Portland's top high-rise condo developments because of the spectacular location right on the Willamette River and the quality of the construction. The amenities list isn't too long, but it's big on quality. For instance there is a full-time lobby attendant to welcome your guests and provide security. There are extended outdoor spaces for residents that include fountains, trees, dining areas, a lawn and even a bocce ball court.  There's also a resident lounge that can be reserved for private parties and it has a kitchen and fireplace.

The Meriwether is a great building for dog owners too. Although they're not allowed on the resident lawn, the South Waterfront Dog Park is literally next door. And there are extensive green spaces around the building where your leashed dog is welcome, like Elizabeth Caruthers Park and the South Waterfront Greenway.
